This stand-alone program is a collaboration between Raven Grappling & Thr1ve Martial Arts Systems, that aims to empower women by teaching practical, easy-to-learn techniques for personal safety, in a supportive and positive learning atmosphere.

Role-Playing Scenarios: Test your techniques in a safe, controlled, and supportive environment.
